The Lincoln Lutheran Warriors lost to the Gross Catholic Cougars 3-4. In the first 2 minutes of the game, the Cougars scored 2 goals, then later scored again going up 3 to 0. Koston scored the Warriors first goal of the game, setting the score to 3 to 1. Towards the end of the first half, the Cougars scored again injuring Komily in the process. The half ended with a score of the Cougars up, 4 to 1.

Komily was injured from being slid into, damaging his already hurt ankle. Partway into the half, the warriors managed to score a second goal closing the score to 4-2. This was Koston’s seond goal of the game. the game continued towards the end with neither side scoring. With barely any time left on the clock Max Knop scored with a beautiful cross from Micah scoring the final goal of the game.

After this goal, a player on the Cougars was given a red card from cussing out a warriors player. This was an unwarranted approach as there was very little time left on the clock.
